We have some vintage furniture in stock this month! Here are some recommended items.

Borge Mogensen cabinet/906D528

Vintage cabinet made in Denmark.
It features a streamlined, practical design and a uniquely shaped handle.

The width is a generous 160cm and the height is 133cm, which is roughly chest height.
Although it is a large piece, the slightly elevated legs make the space look neat.

The shelves and trays are movable, providing ample storage capacity.
Since it can be freely changed to suit what you are storing, it seems like even large cabinets can be used effectively.

A dresser featuring a large mirror.
Although it is relatively large in size, its slender legs give it a clean impression without feeling oppressive.

The design allows you to store items not only in the drawers but also in the space above.
I am very satisfied with both the appearance and ease of use!

The stool is also a low type with a spacious seat.
The frame is deep Afromosia.

The fabric selected is choucho from the popular Mina Perhonen dop range.
Since the stool itself is not something that you use often, I had a hard time choosing the color...
Taking into consideration the gradually warmer weather, we chose a bright green, a color that is not often chosen at the Daikanyama store.

You can match it with your furniture, or use it like an accessory to add color to your room.

Jorgen Baekmark Easy Chair/809D180B

Easy chair by Johann Beckmark for FDB Möbler .
This chair has a beautiful oak grain and amber color that comes with age, and has a simple, unpretentious structure.

FDB Möbler's current Beckmark products include the impressive, light Paper Cord series, and the company has also designed several such comfortable chairs.

The fabric is reupholstered with "NC", a mixture of acrylic and wool.
Both the seat and backrest are spacious and comfortable, and the slightly inclined backrest makes it easy to lean back.
You can enjoy a comfortable seating experience.

Ejvind A. Johansson dining chair/910D618B・910D618C

Vintage dining chair designed by Ejvind A. Johansson.
This is a model that is still being produced by FDB Möbler, but the expressive wood grain is a feature that is unique to vintage instruments.

This chair has an impressive, smoothly curved edge toward the joint with the seat.
The two notches in the plywood add a nice accent.
It's beautiful even from the back!
The seat and backrest are spacious and large, making it comfortable and stable to sit on.

Kaare Klint Church Chair/809D127E・809D127F

Church chair by Kaare Klint, designed in 1936 for the Bethlehem Church in Copenhagen, which he was responsible for designing.
This chair is simple, yet shows attention to detail in every aspect.

Lightweight and easy to handle. Spacious seat.
The top rail has a gentle curve to fit snugly when leaning against it. Multiple rails provide strength. The rear legs curve backwards to provide stability.
Yes, there are a lot of details that go into each chair!

Paper cord is also used for the seating area.
Each time you sit on it, it gradually conforms to the shape of your bottom, making it increasingly comfortable to sit on.

The rack behind the backrest is for storing Bibles, and the space under the seat is designed to hold hats and other items.
Apparently, this hat rack is for people sitting at the back of the church to place their hats on.
I can imagine an image of it being used in a church, like the one in the photo below.

This church chair was manufactured for more than half a century, from 1936 to 2004. It is one of the few masterpieces that was designed more than 70 years ago and is still loved today.

Churches are places where many people of all ages and genders come and go. The design takes into consideration the practicality of the building for use by a wide range of people, which is why I think it is easy for us to use today.
