- Changes to the specifications of the K Chair arm top
- Starting with the August 2021 production, the wood used for the arm tops of the K chair (walnut, mocha brown color) will be changed from "rubbertree" to "beech."
Beech wood has a subtle grain and a natural feel. It is also easy to process into bent wood and is durable.
If you use this product alongside the old version, please note that the wood grain and other aspects will be different. 
- Changes to the specifications of Standard Black
- The specifications of the standard black fabric will change from the November 2020 production run.
There is no significant difference in color or gloss from the previous model, but the black color may appear darker depending on the viewing angle.
The feel is softer and the bumps on the button opening appear smoother.
Like our previous products, it has passed the manufacturer's rigorous durability tests.
Avoid using medicines that contain alcohol.
From November 2020, the backrest and seat parts will also have new specifications.
If you replace only one of the parts, the difference between the replaced part and the unreplaced part will not be so great that it will look two-tone, but

カリモク60
1960年代、ロクマルの時代には日本に数多くのシンプルで作りの良いデザインがありました。その中の１つであるカリモク60は、ナガオカケンメイさんが提唱する「ロングライフデザイン」の元、60年代のスタンダードを作り上げてきた商品を集めた60vision参加し2002年に完全復刻しました。
いろいろなデザインがあふれかえっている時代、新しく家具を買い変えるよりも 「長く使い続けることは素敵だ」とケンメイさんは考えています。
